Medicine is now recognises the negative impact that stress has on health. Stress which is not dealt with, builds up in the body, and contributes to pain and poor physical health.Chronic stress contributes to the development of many health problems, including:

high blood pressure and other coronary problems

chronic fatigue syndrome
When your body is in a stress response, raised stress hormone levels lead to degeneration disease. The body also has less energy available for immunity and tissue repair, making it harder to return to wellness.
You can help your body return to health
Stress can undermine your efforts to get well through diet, exercise and treatment. To return to health more quickly it is vital to include stress management in your treatment plan. Stress management reduces the levels of stress hormones, such as cortisol, and boosts the body’s immune response, allowing it to heal.
What you can do about stress
You can live a full life with less stress. There are lots of ways to manage stress without opting out of society, or spending hours each day meditating. As a stress management coach, I use tools which have proven to be effective for both myself and my clients. My favourite tools for stress management are EFT tapping (EFT) and the Emotion Code.

Tapping acupressure points with the fingertips while talking clears resistance in the body which are causes you to be triggered by stress. You can achieve results in a few sessions, not years. Clear tension caused by memories of past events, present circumstances and worry about future events. Reclaim your power by learning to use this technique yourself for day to day stress management.
The Emotion Code gently releases stress and emotions which have become trapped in the body over time. In potentially threatening situations, the body's fight or flight mechanism becomes active to give you more energy. However, in many situations in modern life, fleeing of fighting are not options, and stress can persist in the body. Emotions which have not been processed may also become trapped, and we are often not consciously aware of their presence. These can act as triggers, exacerbating our responses to everyday situations. The Emotion Code identifies and clears emotions held in the body which are keeping you stuck in a fight or flight response. The Emotion Code also targets physical symptoms, such as pain, which can have an emotional basis. A remarkable tool for peace of mind and wellbeing. Long distance sessions are available.
