The Emotion Code gently releases stress and emotions which have become trapped in the body over time. In potentially threatening situations, the fight or flight mechanism becomes active. These can act as triggers, exacerbating our responses to everyday situations. The Emotion Code also targets physical symptoms, such as pain, which have an emotional basis.
