Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping ) A simple, yet powerful technique to release muscle tension, limiting emotions and beliefs, restoring the body's energetic balance. EFT tapping is a relaxation technique that works via the body-mind connection. Tapping acupressure points with the fingertips while talking clears resistance in the body which are causes you to be triggered by stress. You can achieve results in a few sessions, not years. Clear tension caused by memories of past events, present circumstances and worry about future events. Reclaim your power by learning to use this technique yourself for day to day stress management.

The Emotion Code gently releases stress and emotions which have become trapped in the body over time. In potentially threatening situations, the body's fight or flight mechanism becomes active to give you more energy. However, in many situations in modern life, fleeing of fighting are not options, and stress can persist in the body. Emotions which have not been processed may also become trapped, and we are often not consciously aware of their presence. These can act as triggers, exacerbating our responses to everyday situations. The Emotion Code identifies and clears emotions held in the body which are keeping you stuck in a fight or flight response. The Emotion Code also targets physical symptoms, such as pain, which can have an emotional basis. A remarkable tool for peace of mind and wellbeing. Long distance sessions are available.
