Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Meridian Tapping (MTT)

Emotional baggage makes it harder to deal with the stress of modern living. Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple yet powerful technique is an effective way to clear negative emotions, including fear and worry. All negative emotions are seen as a disruption in the body's energy field. Tapping on acupressure points while saying affirmations clears blockages in the body's meridians (energy pathways). As the body's energetic balance is restored, negative emotions, phobias, physical pain and limiting beliefs drop away. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a form of energy psychology and comes under the generic name of Meridian Tapping, along with related modalities. Emotional freedom does not mean being expressionless and devoid of emotion. Nor does it mean emotional gushing. Emotional freedom means having the choice over what you feel, rather than being controlled by your feelings.

Meridian Tapping has helped my clients with many issue including: anxiety, anger, allergies, poor body image, cigarette cravings, fear of flying, breathing difficulty, money issues, relationship problems and muscular tension.

Meridian Tapping can also be used to reinforce positive attributes, such as success and improve performance. It builds self acceptance and self love. EFT is a fantastic tool for personal transformation. I personally find it immensely useful and would love to teach you to use EFT yourself, for simple issues.

Tapping for stress

I specialise in tapping for stress. Meridian tapping works with stress from events in the past, present stress, and future stress. Many people talk about focusing on the moment, particularly when thoughts wander to regret about the past, or worry about the future. The advantage of tapping is that you can eliminate the cause of unwanted thoughts or anxiety. A state of mindfulness then follows naturally, without any effort. I love teaching people how to use tapping themselves for daily hassles, such as driving frustration and work hassles. I find tapping a great way to let go of daily stress. My life has changed immensely since I learned this wonderful tool.

Meridian Tapping sessions

Meridian Tapping can be used as a stand alone technique. Sessions are $70 per hour +$30 or each additional 30 minutes. Tapping also works well in conjunction with Stress management coaching as a tool for personal transformation.
